  • Summary:  Employee will be responsible for assisting Office Coordinator with customer service, answering phones, scheduling appointments, data entry and administrative work.

    Job Description:

    • Answering our multi line telephone system and responding to questions from our prospects, customers and/or employees.
    • Scheduling installations or service calls in our customer database program.
    • Scheduling free in home consultations with prospects and book it on our Consultant’s schedule in our customer database program.
    • Enter orders into our customer database program from service calls or walk ins.
    • Doing weekly/monthly reports to management and/or manufacturer.
    • Prepare customer invoices and collect payment at the time of a sale.

    Skills:

    • Communication and interpersonal skills is a must!
    • Experience with Word and Excel is helpful.
    • Flexibility to work some weekend hours in our busy time of year.
    • Ability to up-sell products and solutions to customers based on their needs.

  • Summary:  The position is responsible for the installation of new Invisible Fence® Brand Solutions and the servicing of existing customers.

    Job Description:

    • Follows installation and service schedules as determined by the office.
    • Installs Invisible Fence® Brand Solutions including laying wire, mounting equipment, flag the property, review the installation with the customer and conduct safe dog training with their cat(s) or dog(s).
    • Service existing solutions – i.e. identify problems and make necessary repairs.
    • Prepares customer invoices and collects payment at the time of service.
    • Completes all jobs with proper paperwork including serial numbers, work completed, method of payment and immediate action to follow.
    • Obtains inventory for jobs on a daily/weekly basis.
    • Completes a vehicle/equipment maintenance form on a weekly basis.
    •  Inventory on hand gets recorded to the Service Manager on a weekly basis
    • Cleans company van/truck weekly and maintains all equipment.
    • Adheres to all safety policies and procedures.

    Knowledge/Skills:

    • Ability to operate power tools
    • Ability to keep timely and accurate records
    • Communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Valid Driver’s License
    • Flexibility to work into the evening and some weekend hours during busy time of year.

  • Summary: Responsible for selling Invisible Fence Systems to prospective customers, following up on leads, and generating additional leads.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Conducts in-home sales presentations explaining how the system operates, the advantages of the system, and the dog training process.
    • Helps the customer determine their needs and the layout of the system.
    • Quotes pricing based on customers' design and completes written estimate.
    • If sale is not closed at the time of the presentation, makes follow-up calls to answer questions and ensure the close of the sale.
    • Makes follow up calls to installed customers at intervals of three days, three weeks, and three months to ensure customer satisfaction and to generate referrals.
    • If the sale is closed at the time of the presentation, calls and sets up an appointment for the installation.
    • Writes up a sales contract and includes all pertinent data for the installation
    • Completes weekly sales report.
    • Calls on Vets to establish relationships, leave materials, and set up avenues to generate leads.
    • Works at Home Shows answering questions, providing information, and generating leads/appointments.
    • May at times do inside office support.
    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

    Associates Degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school and one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
    • Basic knowledge of equipment and installations
    • Familiarity with warranty and product pricing information
    • Ability to do effective sales presentations
    • Sales Experience
    • Communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills required for work with the customers
    • Ability to work with dogs and cats and have breed knowledge
    • Basic computer skills with the ability to work in a Windows environment 
    • Ability to be flexible and to work as part of a team
    • Valid Driver's License
    WORKING CONDITIONS:
    • Frequently driving to customers' homes to make sales calls
    • Frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions
